I didn't get a chance to reply to the mother in laws email yesterday morning. After lunch I check my emails and there is another one from her, cancelling the girls night. But this time the email was sent to everyone who was invited. Guess who was originally invited?

I find it amazing that firstly she thinks this is ok, ok to invite me and her to the same thing. I can't believe she would do that. Also the first email only went to 2 of us, so if I had decided to go I would of had a great surprise when I got there.
And something else that pisses me off, not one other 'family' member who got that email thought to let me know what was going on.
I was too hurt and angry to answer her, maybe today I will email her back.
All I have to say is why would she think that was ok to do?

((HUGS)) Sweetie! Sorry there is so much drama! I had mother-in-law issues at first with my marriage. Eventually things settled down, but their family dynamic was something I never quite understood. I hope things settle down for you soon. Take care.

ReplyDeleteI imagine hubby is crushed. The girls who love him the most cannot get along. That is a difficult situation.
Will it be tough? Almost impossible. Just do it for your hubby. I know he must feel guilty as hell about it.
